The “Frazzled Female” class meets at 7:00 p.m. This class is currently studying Beth Moore’s
“Breaking Free”.
Adult Choir Practice
Wednesday from 6:00 to 6:45 p.m. Everyone is welcome and no try outs are necessary. Please
contact the church office if you are interested in being a part of the adult choir.
Lock-up for Sept. 21st and 24th - Jamie Mull
Prayer time - Every Sunday morning at 9:15 a.m. in the chapel.
Preschool Ministry News
The preschool ministry is in need of two Sunday School teachers - one teacher for the 2-3 year olds
and one teacher for the infants. Please see Tanaya Meaders or contact the church office if you are
interested in any of these positions.
Children’s Ministry news
The children’s ministry is in need of Children’s Church teachers for the Pre-K / K age group. Please
contact Ann Adams at the church office if you are interested in filling this position.
Youth Ministry (middle school and high school)
Friday, September 26th - Youth 5th Quarter Party starts at 9:30 till 11:40 p.m.
(Food, music, games and fellowship after the football game)
Praise Dance Team
Practices are held each Sunday after the morning worship service. Please see Andrea Moore, Ashley
Craft, Beth Plummer, or Leah Law for additional information.
Ladies Ministry
Join us for our next exciting event! On Oct. 11th, the Sanctuary Ladies Ministry will host an evening
of gospel music. Special guests will be: The Old Paths, Brian Burchfield, Mark Fuller, and our very
own Leah Murray. Tickets are $10 per person (ages 10 and under are free). This will be a fund raiser
and profits will go toward helping ladies within our church and community in times of need. There will
be a concession of homemade goodies and also a silent auction for some very special desserts.

Men’s Ministry
Plan now for Johnny Hunt’s Men Conference to be held on February 6th & 7th, 2009. Please see Steve
Olds to sign up.
Recreation Ministry
Register now for the 2008/09 Basketball season! Registration will be held Sept 15th – October 31st
and evaluations will be held on November 1st . Practice begins in November and the first game will
be in January. The cost is 65.00 for the first child and 55.00 for each additional child. Price includes
jersey, shorts, and trophy. Anyone interested in helping out or if you have any questions, please
contact the church office or see Ann Adams or Ashley Craft.
Set Free Ministry
This ministry meets on Fridays at 7:00 p.m. There is a time of fellowship and snacks from 7:00 to 8:00
pm. and bible study from 8:00 to 9:30 pm (time may vary). Set Free Ministries is a support group for
those struggling with strongholds in their life. Please see the church website or Julie and Robert
Davis for additional information.

Sunday, September 28th at 5:00 p.m. – Fireproof - If you are interested in seeing this movie, please
see Yvonne Crabtree. Fireproof is amazing, action-packed, heartwarming, and a great resource to
help strength and affirm marriages.
Sunday, November 9th – High Attendance Sunday – a special one day revival. David Singleton from
Woodstock Baptist will be our guest speaker on that day.
Dave Ramsey - FINANCIAL PEACE UNIVERSITY – another class will be starting on Tuesday, Oct. 7th and
will be held weekly (for 13 weeks) from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Please see Trace Sims to sign up or for
additional information.
